Our fun and energizing Pilates & Pacifiers sessions are perfect for moms, dads, and caregivers who want to get fit without needing a sitter for their babies and/or toddlers.   • Your first session is completely free — no credit card required. Head to the booking page, select "First Session FREE" from the sessions menu, and add it to your cart. Then join the community app to see the weekly schedule and reserve your spot.

  • Buying a package gives you a set number of credits (1, 5, or 10 classes) for either in-person or virtual sessions — purchase these on the booking page. Reserving a spot is how you sign up for a specific class time, which you do through the community app once you have credits. Think of it as: buy your pack first, then reserve your sessions week by week via the app.

  • Classes currently take place at two Brooklyn parks: McCarren Park (Williamsburg/Greenpoint) and Herbert Von King Park (Bed Stuy). Studio sessions are also available — contact Natalie for details. For exact weekly locations and times, check the community app — schedules can vary with the weather.

  • For park sessions: a yoga mat, water bottle, and whatever your little one needs — stroller, blanket, toys, snacks, sunscreen. Dress in layers if it's early morning. For virtual sessions: just a mat and enough floor space to move. No equipment needed for either.

  • Absolutely — this is the whole point! Classes are designed with babies and toddlers in mind. Your little one can hang out in their stroller, play on a blanket nearby, or join in on the fun. You won't be shushed for a crying baby or a toddler on the loose. Come as you are, chaos and all!

  • Life with little ones is unpredictable — we get it. Package credits don't expire after a single class, so if something comes up, you can use your credit at the next available session. For specific cancellation questions or to reschedule, reach out to Natalie directly.

  • Yes! Private sessions are available for individuals, and group events can be arranged for 3 or more parents. Great for mom groups, playdates with a workout twist, or any excuse to move with your people. Contact Natalie to discuss availability and pricing.
