Our fun and energizing Power Pilates sessions are perfect for moms and dads who want to get fit without needing a sitter for their babies or toddlers. Whether your little one is snug in a stroller or giggling on a blanket, you'll enjoy a workout that hits all the right spots. Meet other superhero parents, soak up the sunshine, and turn fitness into a family affair. Let's make fitness fun together—see you in the park! (*Natalie is due at the end of June with superbaby #2, so no Summer sessions this year.)

Join us for a special a 60-minute outdoor class at Charlotte Pâtisserie’s secret back patio ☀️🧘‍♀️ to send Wonder Nat off on maternity leave! Grab a coffee and/or pastry after class to keep the Awesome going all morning long. ☕🥐

Pacifiers & Pilates: Baby & Me is designed for moms, dads, and caregivers with little ones ages 0–1.

This class blends mindful movement, bonding, and community—giving you space to move, connect, and share time with your baby in a warm, supportive environment. Whether they’re observing or on the move, your little one is part of the experience.

More than a workout, it’s a chance to build connection, create memories, and feel good—together.

Please bring: BYOBaby + a baby carrier (if you use one) 🍼 any comfort items for your baby. Bring your own mat + towel - limited mats available to rent ($5 cash or Zelle) • Drop-ins through Real Hot Yoga: $20 (cash, Zelle, or register online) See you on the patio!
