Pilates & Pacifiers Turns One — And We’re Expanding in Brooklyn! 🎉
When we launched our very first Pilates & Pacifiers class a year ago, we weren’t sure exactly what would unfold—but we did know this: early parenting can feel isolating, and there was a big need for connection, movement, and support.
From the very beginning, something special sparked. Moms gathered in the park, babies gurgled in the sunshine, and we moved together—not just our bodies, but our spirits too.
And now? One year later…
Pilates & Pacifiers is growing up!
We’re officially expanding in Brooklyn with in-person classes now available at two Williamsburg studios—Yoga Space and Real Hot Yoga! And that’s just the beginning. We’re collaborating with local parent groups to bring even more Awesomeness to the postpartum experience—because no one should have to navigate new parenthood alone.
Our classes are the perfect mix of playful and powerful—a time to bond with your baby, rebuild strength, and meet other superparents on the same wild ride. Whether your little one is snoozing, crawling, or cruising, you’re welcome here. This is a judgment-free, giggle-filled zone where we cheer each other on and hold space for both the mess and the magic.

We now offer Baby & Me workout videos on demand in the app—so you can move anytime, anywhere. Whether it's 10 minutes before naptime or a quick evening stretch, you can press play and reconnect with your body on your own schedule.

Movement doesn’t need to be fancy to be effective. Try this: ✨ Squat while rocking your baby to sleep.
✨ Hold a high boat while folding laundry.
✨ Breathe deep—you are doing enough.
Let this week be about feeling good, not “bouncing back.”
