POSTPARTUM PERSONAL TRAINING

Hey there, Wondrous Reader.

I hope this newsletter finds you Awesome. I must admit that finding the right words to share with you today feels both relieving and daunting. Over the past two months, life has been a whirlwind of emotions, joy, and challenges as I've embarked on this beautiful journey of motherhood with my sweet baby girl as my new sidekick.

While I wouldn't trade these precious moments with my Lil’ Rosebud for anything in the world, I also feel it's important to be honest about the struggles that come with postpartum life. The truth is, it's been tough. Really tough. I find myself caught in a whirlwind of sleepless nights, endless feedings, and trying to navigate this new chapter of my life while desperately clinging to some semblance of who I used to be.

Amidst the overwhelming love and joy, I've also found myself losing sight of the person I once was – physically, mentally, and emotionally. The pressure to "bounce back" and regain my pre-pregnancy body seems insurmountable at times. There's this constant battle between wanting to prioritize my health and well-being and feeling guilty for even considering taking time away from my baby.

I have to constantly remind myself that self-care isn't just important; it's absolutely essential, especially during this transformative period. Yet, finding the time and energy to prioritize my own health and fitness feels like an uphill battle. It's a constant juggle between caring for my baby and caring for myself, and more often than not, my needs end up taking a backseat.

But amidst the exhaustion and a sea of emotions, I know the importance of practicing what I preach. As a firm believer in the power of self-care and the transformative effects of prioritizing our health, I'm making a commitment to myself – and to you – to carve out time for my own well-being, no matter how challenging it may seem.

That's why I'm excited to announce that throughout the month of March, we’ll be offering a special promotion on our personal training 10-packs. It's a reminder to myself – and to you, Natalie – that investing in our health and fitness is not a luxury but a necessity, especially during times of transition and upheaval.

So, if you're like me, struggling to find balance in the chaos of life, I urge you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and self-care. Crush the link below or reply to this email with your inquiry. Don’t wait! Super Siobhan and I are only taking on two more virtual personal training clients (in-person available when possible).

Let's prioritize our health, not just for ourselves but for our loved ones as well. Together, we can navigate this epic mission with grace, strength, and resilience.

With love and Awesomeness,

Nat
