Siobhan has spent the better half of the last 25+ years in the service industry - as an executive assistant, restaurant manager, production assistant, owner and chef of a full-service catering company, logistics and team support for a virtual team, yoga and fitness instructor, and health coach. Siobhan’s unwavering commitment to show up in full service to others has given her insight into the power of connection and the value of relationships vis a vis one’s team at work, one’s family and home, and most importantly, one’s self. As a working mother of five, Siobhan is especially passionate about helping others find ways to successfully balance work, home life, and personal self-care. With her immense passion for fitness, wellness, and nutrition, over the past few years, Siobhan has empowered others to take charge of their wellness journey and step into their most Awesome version of themselves in all aspects of their lives.

Natalie has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over a decade. She became a coach and founded Make Me Awesome when she saw the growing need for fitness & wellness experiences beyond the doors of yoga studios and gyms. Over the past few years she has become passionate about providing wellness and lifestyle tools for busy individuals as well as businesses. Her experience managing a corporate restaurant on 5th Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan gave her the skills to direct large teams and create collaborative spaces. With her expertise in yoga, fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and management she empowers people to live their most productive, energetic, Awesome lives, in and out of the workspace.
